WARRANTY

Warranty Period
Festive Limited warrants to the original purchaser of a Festive manufactured food display cabinet, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, any defect in workmanship or material resulting in the malfunctioning while under correct use. Liability under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing (at our discretion) a part without charge.

Exclusions
Liability under this warranty does not include:

• Any loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from use or inability to use the product or from any other cause.
• Any part of the food display cabinet which has been subject to misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, alteration, accident or damage caused during transportation, use of abrasive chemicals, flooding, fire or acts of God.
• Breakage of glass or plastic components or the replacement of fluorescent tubes or gaskets.
• Any loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from failure to follow product operating and maintenance instructions.
• Improper adjustment of controlling equipment.
• Fair wear and tear and routine cleaning.
• Any damage directly or indirectly arising from the non-use of Festive supplied parts.
• Installation of remote condenser units.

Assessment
Liability under this warranty is dependent on an assessment by Festive to determine the defect in workmanship or materials.

Warranty Procedures
Do not seek to organise service of the cabinet yourself. No warranty claim will be accepted unless authorized by Festive prior to commencement of service.

2. Festive will advise whether the claim is accepted and covered under warranty and if so, to what extent.
3. Festive will advise of the closest service agent(s) where a claim is accepted.

Festive will endeavor to action valid claims urgently, but does not guarantee that any service to be performed under this warranty will be carried out within any particular time limit.
