It is important for the safety of service staff and their customers that our cabinets are safe. Festive have been restaurant equipment suppliers since 1997 and we pride ourselves on using components such as Safety glass and certified electrical and refrigeration components in all our cabinets.
High grade stainless steel and zinc coated steel are standard in all our cabinets. We also use modern powder coating technologies. The use of these materials means that our cabinets are sturdy and maintain their value and appearance longer than many other products on the market.
Trials are conducted in our in-house test facility where we are able to control temperature and humidity, and accurately record power consumption. State of the art electronic equipment is used to monitor and record temperature, humidity and air flow within our cabinets. This allows us to have confidence in refining our existing cabinet range and releasing new cabinets to the market.
Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS) have been introduced to improve the energy efficiency of cold food display cabinets. Festive is fully supportive of MEPS and has an active programme in place to ensure its existing and future cold cabinets comply with MEPS.
Electrical products can produce electromagnetic emissions that interfere with the operation and performance of other electrical and electronic devices. Unlike some manufacturers we fit capacitors to all our cabinets so that you should have no problems with these emissions. Festive is ‘C-tick’ registered.
Festive, and our key suppliers, use the latest technologies in manufacturing our cabinets and their component parts. This investment has been key to the deserved reputation of being a market leader in the manufacturing of quality food display cabinets.
Quality controllers and probes are used to manage temperatures. Our cold cabinets use high quality electronic Italian-made Carel controllers. Carel controllers are 100% tested to ensure correct operation.
Each cabinet is quality checked before dispatch to ensure that our strict quality requirements are met and that the customer will be able to install and operate the cabinet without problems.
